Our services include
- assisting clients with the purchase of property including access to Multiple Listing Services throughout the San Francisco and greater bay area
- helping sellers with the sale of their property including listing services, assistance with determining an appropriate price, proper marketing and preparation of the property and support with the transaction all the way through close of escrow or COE
- advice and analysis on the potential for gain on income producing property on an individual bases
- assistance with managing income
- the opportunity to participate in or become an investor of proposed real property development
